Loyola Press is much more than a publishing company. As a Jesuit Ministry, we continue the Jesuit tradition of excellence and service through the content we create and by being people for others. As a leader in instructional products for the Catholic school, parish, and special needs markets, as well as award-winning Trade titles, our mission is to help others by providing high quality resources developed through innovative and strategic methods.
That mission starts with our employees. As a three-time recipient of the Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces award, Loyola Press strives to create an engaging, supportive community for our employees. We’re looking for candidates who are excited to contribute their unique skills to our collaborative workplace.
Located in Chicago, Loyola Press is an international trade and educational publisher creating transformational experiences for all ages across a variety of subjects. With a strong foundation in the Catholic school market, Loyola Press is now expanding into the public-school sector with our Language Arts curriculum.
We are actively growing this mission through technology, new distribution channels, and adjacent markets. Our diverse team thrives on collaboration, transparency, and creativity, blending fresh ideas with a dedicated and experienced staff — best exemplified by being a three-year winner of Top Places to Work in Chicago.
Loyola Press is leveraging its proven success in the Catholic school market to make an impact in public education. Our award-winning grammar and writing program, Voyages in English, has been shaping student success for generations. We believe that every child deserves the ability to communicate and express their ideas effectively—especially in light of ongoing learning loss in literacy.
In Fall 2025, we will launch a major new revision of Voyages in English. Additionally, in 2024, we expanded our Language Arts offerings to include a Phonics program and English Language Learner (ELL) curriculum. These products are delivered to schools by a team of dedicated Education Consultants located across the U.S.
Loyola Press recognizes that past success does not guarantee future growth. Every new hire is an opportunity to expand our collective skillset, broaden our perspective, and fuel our curiosity. We value the contributions of all team members — new and veteran — and are committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across departments.
We support a healthy work/life balance and foster a positive, inclusive workplace where all employees are encouraged to pursue personal and professional development — regardless of faith background.
